I have worked in commercial kitchens for 18 years and possess full knowledge of kitchen management and safe food handling, as well as up-to-date health and safety guidelines and practices. I possess a wealth of knowledge in cooking techniques, flavour combinations and dietary considerations. You can trust that your event or retreat is in capable hands.
